Now you can book compassionate leave

We’ve added another oft requested feature to Bindle. You can now use Bindle to book compassionate (or bereavement) leave.

All Australian employees (including casual employees) are entitled to up to 2 days compassionate leave (also known as bereavement leave) as required.

Compassionate leave can be taken when a member of an employee’s immediate family or household dies or suffers a life-threatening illness or injury.

Employees book compassionate leave just like they book annual leave - by clicking or tapping Make A Booking, selecting the required leave type and entering their dates.
